The 1-Year Build Guarantee
If anything fails from workmanship — a seam, a sole separation, a lace anchor — within 1 year of delivery, we replace the pair free. Normal wear (tread wearing down with use) isn't a defect; things breaking that shouldn't break is.
Exchanges
Wrong size or colour? Exchange - email us and we'll ship the replacement and organise an exchange.
How to start a return
- Email support@groundwellshoes.com with your order number and what's going on.
- We reply within 48 hours with a prepaid return label.
- Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days of the return arriving, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
