Shipping policy

US shipping. Free over $75.

• Where we ship: the United States.
• Cost: free on orders over $75. Under $75, flat rate $5.
• Processing: orders ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
• Transit: 6-12 business days depending on where you are. 
• Tracking: emailed the moment your order ships. You can also track via the Shop app link on your order status page.
• Address changes: if your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@groundwellshoes.com fast and we'll catch it. Once it ships, we can't redirect it.
• Lost or stuck packages: if tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us. We'll chase the carrier — that's our job, not yours. Packages marked delivered but missing: give it 24 hours (carriers scan early), check with neighbours, then write to us and we'll make it right.
